The series revolves around the life of an 8-year-old girl named Splotch and her frequent shenanigans in a provincial town located within Bugaboo City, accompanied by her adopted pet bunny and best friend Spladger. Splotch's friends and family members sometimes find themselves involved in her exploits. Splotch attends school with Spladger at Sunnyshimmer Elementary School where, throughout the series, she interacts with her various school classmates.
Splotch is the youngest in the group and above everything else, she adores her friend Spladger. Furthermore, Splotch is always happy, everything is fun to her, and everything sounds good to her.
Spladger is a sparkly pink bunny who helps everyone see the bright side of life. There is nothing in this world that Spladger likes more than playing with her friend Splotch. No matter what happens, she always looks for a way to play a new game and have a new adventure. Spladger is full of good, colorful cheer and knows just how to use it.
